ULVAC
PRC系列是为对清洁度有特别要求的半导体、液晶制造工艺特别设计的罗茨泵。采用屏蔽电机，不会从轴封部漏油。可选择大气压驱动型。
特点
无油
由于没有润滑油，因此对于水蒸气和溶剂等的蒸汽，也可以具有稳定性。采用密封电机
通过采用密封电机，可以不需要大气/真空机械密封。 可以在没有漏油的清洁环境中使用。表面处理，具有的性
主要部件采用阳极氧化铝处理，具有高表面硬度和的性，并可防止泵内部的划伤和腐蚀。 还提供可选的表面处理。大气压驱动型（选件：变频器）有效减少排气时间
