三、进口法兰电磁阀工作原理:
进口法兰电磁阀由副阀和主阀两大部件构成的先导式二次开阀的电磁阀。是靠副阀的启闭来控制主阀的通断。根据断电时所处开关状态的不同,可分为常闭电磁阀和常开电磁阀。
常闭电磁阀,在断电常位时,副阀口封闭,主阀呈断路,当电讯号进入导阀线圈时,活动铁芯受电磁力作用吸上打开副阀口,主阀阀杯内压力迅速消失,介质压力将主阀阀杯托上,开启主阀口,工作介质硬可流通。但当电讯号消失时,活动铁芯复位,封闭住副阀口,工作介质自平衡孔进入阀杯内,当压力趋于平衡时,靠主阀弹簧、阀杯自重及介质压力使阀杯下移,严密封住主阀口,阀又呈关闭状态。
常开电磁阀,在断电常位时,由弹簧作用,副阀口打开,主阀流通。当电讯号进入副阀线圈时,活动铁芯受电磁作用吸下,副阀口封闭,工作介质经平衡孔进入阀杯内,当压力趋于平衡时,阀门执行器靠主阀弹簧、阀杯自重及介质压力使阀杯下移,严密封主阀口,阀门呈关闭状态。当主阀断电时,电磁力消失,副阀打开,主阀杯内压力迅速消失,介质压力将主阀阀杯托上,开启主阀口,介质流通,阀呈开启状态。
3、 Working principle of imported flange solenoid valve:
The imported flange solenoid valve is a pilot type solenoid valve of secondary opening valve, which is composed of auxiliary valve and main valve. It depends on the opening and closing of the auxiliary valve to control the on-off of the main valve. It can be divided into normally closed solenoid valve and normally open solenoid valve according to the switch state when the power is off.
Normally closed solenoid valve, when the power is off, the auxiliary valve port is closed, and the main valve is open circuit. When the electrical signal enters the pilot valve coil, the movable iron core is sucked up by the electromagnetic force to open the auxiliary valve port, and the pressure in the main valve cup disappears rapidly. The medium pressure will hold the main valve cup, and open the main valve port, and the working medium can flow hard. However, when the electrical signal disappears, the movable iron core resets and seals the auxiliary valve port, and the working medium enters the valve cup from the balance hole. When the pressure tends to balance, the valve cup moves down by the main valve spring, the weight of the valve cup and the medium pressure, and the main valve port is tightly sealed, and the valve is closed again.
Normally open solenoid valve, in the power-off position, by the action of spring, vice valve port open, main valve flow. When the electric signal enters the coil of the auxiliary valve, the movable iron core is absorbed by the electromagnetic action, the auxiliary valve port is closed, and the working medium enters the valve cup through the balance hole. When the pressure tends to balance, the valve actuator moves the valve cup down by the main valve spring, the weight of the valve cup and the medium pressure, and the main valve port is tightly sealed, and the valve is closed. When the main valve is powered off, the electromagnetic force disappears, the auxiliary valve opens, and the pressure in the main valve cup disappears rapidly. The medium pressure holds the main valve cup, opens the main valve port, and the medium flows, and the valve is open.
