四、进口自保式电磁阀工作原理：

现有的电磁阀是由壳体、放置在壳体内的骨架及线圈、装在骨架内的活塞套管及内部装有复位弹簧、下端有顶杆的活塞组成。实际连接时，电磁阀引线通过控制开关接电源，活塞套管通过法兰与管路主控制阀相连。当电磁阀得电时，处于开启状态;反之，则处于关闭状态。由于在实际控制中，大部分时间都要接通主管路，因此，电磁阀相应也要在接电状态下工作。这样，就使得电磁阀耗电大，特别是大型电磁阀，耗电非常大，使得生产运行成本增大。
